NOPE is a collaboration between composer/performers Joe Sorbara and Friendly Rich Marsella.  They will come together for a special night of music on August 8th at The Rex to perform this music live as part of a CD release celebration. Sorbara is also pairing up with Steve Sladkowski (PUP) to release a vinyl recording of their collaboration, a set of music from the East Coast.  Finally, The Lollipop People will close the night with some of their unique blend of original songs by Friendly Rich and others.  The Lollipop People will feature Nichol S Robertson (guitar), Tim Shia (drums), Elena Kapeleris (sax), Scott Peterson (bass), and Tania Gill (piano).
