Usually she's a swinging vintage jazz player, but billed as "Trombone Charlotte Originals" you'll hear something completely new. Inspired by the likes of Neil Young and Carole King, Charlotte McAfee-Brunner has been writing folk songs on guitar since before she could play the trombone. With powerful melodies and unique but relatable lyrics, she lays her identity out on the table. As always with her performances, she holds nothing back but her voice takes on a special quality when she sings songs that were born from the deepest emotions she's ever felt.
