A native of New Brunswick, this sax player moved to Montreal at 18 to fulfil his lifelong dream of becoming a jazz musician. After completing his studies at McGill University, Miller began to compose his own material, forging a solid reputation in local jazz circles. He began recording in 1996 and has since produced several albums featuring complex hypnotic rhythms. His music is a seamless blend of blues, folk, rock, gospel and world music. With his unique style, Miller has earned a loyal following among fans of original contemporary jazz.
